We’ll begin with a guided nature hike followed by a strength and mobility session in the meadow designed to build functional strength, improve balance, and release tension. After movement, we’ll gather around the fire to prepare and enjoy a simple outdoor lunch together.

This day is energizing, welcoming, and accessible for a wide range of fitness levels.
