Join us for a guided woodland foraging experience during peak ramp season. We’ll walk the forest learning how to identify ramps, harvest them responsibly, and prepare simple campfire dishes together to enjoy these delicious wild onions.

Participants will leave with a small bundle of ramps and a recipe booklet take home.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Waterproof boots

  • Layers for changing spring weather

  • Garden gloves, if desired 

  • Optional basket or small bag for gathering

  • Bug spray 

Field Days take place outdoors on private river land. Please review the Field Day Policies before registering.
